Shipping Information

At Stitched Threads, each item is handmade with care. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days, though custom pieces may take a little longer—we’ll always keep you updated.

  • UK Delivery: Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class (2–5 business days)

  • International Shipping: Available upon request—please contact us before placing your order

  • Postage Costs: Calculated at checkout based on item size and location

Every parcel is thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or cancellation for most non-custom items.

  • Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Original postage charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
